August/Apple

August means an apple for the teacher with this block by Quiltmaker artist Theresa Eisinger.

To complete your August/Apple block, piece each section in numerical order. Then, with a light source behind, trace any embroidery details on the front of the block. Remove paper and embroider as needed. If desired, use a permanent fabric pen or marker to replicate the text that appears within the color bars. Pattern measures 3 1/2" wide, including seam allowances.
Patterns are the reverse of the finished block.
