Kisses and Hugs

For all of you anxious to begin sewing QM's easy charity quilt for Project Linus 2004, the foundation pattern and block and row diagrams are here to download and print. Choose scrap fabrics with high contrast between the background and the letter; use 2 foundations for the X block and 2 for the O block.

If you'd like to contribute to this great pro bono activity through Quiltmaker, send as many rows as you'd like (foundation papers removed please) to:

Quiltmaker's Project Linus
741 Corporate Circle, Ste A
Golden, CO 80401
by February 9, 2004.

If you'd like to make crib quilts, come back to this site in December, 2003, for the full pattern or see the Jan/Feb '04 issue of Quiltmaker on sale December 16. If you don't have a local Project Linus chapter, you're welcome to send completed quilts to our above address by March 30, 2004 and we'll see that they are delivered to a Project Linus chapter in our area. For more information on Project Linus, and to locate a chapter in your area, visit the Project Linus website at www.projectlinus.org.

Thank you for your significant contribution!
