Make Mine Applique!

 Flying Colors

Two layers of wings make this one pretty butterfly! Create your Flying Colors from two layered fabrics, or simply stitch along the inner wing line to add extra interest to a single fabric wing. Use fabric and fusible web or vary the width of a satin stitch to make quick and easy work of antennae. Embellish a little--or a lot--to make your beautifly butterfly!

Patterns shown are sized for a 6-inch block. Reduce or enlarge images as needed to suit your individual project. For traditional applique add 3/16" turn-under allowance to each patch.
