Sew the J's and the unit 2's together and join the Jr's with the unit 3's. Matching centers, pin and sew these border strips to the quilt. Referring to the tip Let's Iron Things Out, miter the corners. Trim the seam allowances to 1/4" and press open.
Fuse and finish the 2 remaining stars in opposite blue corners.
