Step 5 Quilting and Finishing
Using the patchwork as a guide, mark diagonal lines that extend from each Y block as shown.
Layer the lining, batting and quilt top and baste the layers together.
Quilt the marked lines and then in the ditch along border 3.
Join the binding strips end to end and sew the strip to the quilt to enclose the edges.
