Celebration
I started this quilt in July '95 for your Let's Celebrate! contest and finished the quilting in December of '98--better late than never! I used the patterns American Rose, QM July/Aug '94 (No. 38) for the center, Tulip Garden and Persian Rose, May June '95 (No. 43), for the rows and Dutch Shadows, Jan/Feb '94 (No. 35), for the border.
