My "After School Quilting Kids" are 24 children, ages 9 to 13, who met three times a week for four months to complete their quilting projects. I'm really proud of their accomplishments, and every year they say, "Can we do it again next year?"
Besides gaining quilting skills, my kids learn to finish what they start, handle frustration, plan ahead, solve problems and be proud of their work.
